Founded in 1904, by ACCA global (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) is the world’s fastest-growing accountancy professional bodies. This is not a haywire statement released in a paranoid manner, instead, it backed up by the fact that it operates in more than 173 countries, with over more than 5,00,000 members and students.

The course operates on a channel of 100 plus offices and centers with more than 7000 plus approved employers worldwide. A truly global qualification which has recently attained a new milestone.

One of the most sought careers after completion of Higher Secondary School, ACCA serves as a professional course. It is designed to provide a thorough knowledge of accounting, skills and professional values which adds diversity in the working sector.

Currently, the ACCA members are working in different sectors ranging from banking and financial institutions, and major corporate houses world-wide.

Back in 1977, the British Council held the first ACCA exam with just one student. But after the establishment of NCA College of Management in 2004, the demand for ACCA qualification began to boom. In 2014, ACCA Nepal was appointed, which further grew the demand for the ACCA students to 2700 in 2018.

Since 2004, the college has produced hundreds of ACCA who are presently working in high positions of finance. While the college has been producing Nepal toppers every year in every ACCA exam session.

Comparatively, the pass percentage of ACCA in Nepal is moderate. Who so ever dedicated students have appeared the final ACCA exam has qualified with great marks? Unlike CA courses, the course material of ACCA is fully available and the curriculum is framed in such a manner that the student gets detailed knowledge of the IFRS implementation, Auditing standards, Finance and Accounting subject matter.
