Considering that ACCA exclusively and progressively delivers one of the world’s leading accountancy courses in our country.

You can easily succeed in your ACCA examinations if you utilize the correct materials, focus daily, take advice, get in your study time, and so on.

To assist you, here are a few suggestions.

1. Mock exams

Many students claim that they don’t write a mock because they don’t have time or are afraid of it. These emotions are understandable, but if you don’t write a sample and have it graded, you’ll never know where you can improve to obtain those extra points or where you’re excelling.

If you’re nervous about a mock, remember that it’s not an exam. Instead of seeing it as a test, please take it as a learning experience. You will feel more confident and comfortable when you sit for your ACCA exam if you practice. You will not pass if you do not practice. That’s all there is to it.

2. Articles about technical subjects

It is easy for students to overlook, yet just like the Examiner report, it can help you pass! If there is a technical article, it indicates that it is a topic that an examiner may want to focus on or that students should learn more about because it may come up in the test.

For example, the most recent SBR examiner’s report included a link to a technical article published a few months beforehand referenced in the exam. Students who had read the paper would have been familiar with the question and would have had no trouble answering it correctly.

3. Examiner reports from the ACCA

Most students, for whatever reason, don’t bother to read the Examiner Reports. These Reports, on the other hand, are an excellent place to start.

These reports will explain why students fail and what you may do to improve your chances of passing. What you’ll find in these reports is the person writing the exam describing what they’re looking for and what they’re not looking for to pass! These reports are issued after each session and serve as the ultimate resource for delivering advice. It’s everything you’re supposed to do and avoid, according to the examiner!

4. Previous papers

There is no better method to prepare for a test than to practice with previous papers. With this information, you will be able to understand the format and nature of the exam.

It’s not just about knowing how to prepare an answer for a specific topic on your exam; it’s also about learning how to approach a question and arrange your response.

5.Organization of time

Before you begin answering any questions, take a look at the entire article. Start with the parts you’re most familiar with and have the most confidence in. It usually takes 3 hours to type and 10 minutes to read the paper instructions. Make sure you only spend an hour on section A and another hour on part B because section C will take up most of your time.

After you’ve set a time limit for each question, you must move on once you’ve reached it, or you won’t be able to devote your full attention to the next one. Remember to set aside time, in the end, to go through your answers again.

6. Things to Remember During the ACCA Exam

It would be best if you followed the directions given by your professors. Make sure you focus on both the Pro-forma and the calculations when answering long questions. Even if you know that a few figures may not be correct, don’t leave any questions between because you’ll earn total scores for the last calculations.

In your ACCA exam, you should always be practical and type your best. Always keep track of time, make sure you complete the entire paper and don’t go beyond any of the questions’ criteria!

Final thoughts

They may all be resources you are aware of, but the key is to take action and put them to use. When it comes down to it, you’ll feel more confident and prepared.
