NCA College of Management Celebrates Teej Festival

August 22, NCA College of Management once again brought together the tradition and culture by celebrating the festival of Teej with its ACCA students. The festival, known for honoring the strength, love, and sacrifices of women, became an opportunity for the college to appreciate women’s contributions while also encouraging students to enjoy extra activities beyond studies.

The program commenced at 9 am with the ceremonial lighting of the diyo by the directors of NCA. From there, the event unfolded with a lot of energy and excitement as the student hosts guided the event proceedings. NCA was beautifully decorated by the management team and a few dedicated student volunteers, setting the perfect stage for the celebration.

The highlights of the day included sizzling dance performances, soulful solo songs accompanied by guitars, and entertainment activities such as balloon bursting, which kept the audience engaged and cheering. The dances delighted the student audience, demanding an encore performance. By afternoon, all students had been served lunch. Although the official program concluded at 1 pm, the students were so high that many wished the celebrations could continue longer.

This year’s Teej festival at NCA not only celebrated tradition but also brought together new and old students, giving them a platform to connect, showcase their talents, and build lasting friendships. For many of the newest students, it helped ease their shyness, making the event a truly memorable success.
